I am at home in complex structures. In companies that want to grow, and in situations where growth does not happen by itself.

Over 20 years of experience in automotive, hospitality, technology, and manufacturing have shown me: what works is rarely what is complicated, but what is consistent. The principles behind sustainable structures are universal. The context is not. That is exactly where my work begins.

I enter situations, listen, ask questions, bring order into the unclear, and stay until it works. I do not think in departments or responsibilities. I think in connections.
